Please check here for updates during emergencies in which New York Organ Donor Network operations may be impacted. These could include but are not limited to inclement weather, natural disaster, fire, and acts of terrorism. Should such urgent events arise, information from management will be posted here and updated as often as needed.

NOVEMBER 2, 2012, 1:55PM: The NYODN office will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 5, 2012.NOVEMBER 1, 2012, 4:10PM: The NYODN office will be open on Friday, November 2, 2012. Official office hours are 10:00am-4:00pm. However, employees may come at any time. Anyone unable to work should contact their director or VP so alternative arrangements can be made.OCTOBER 31, 2012, 2:30PM: The NYODN office will reopen at 10am, Thursday, November 1st. Anyone unable to work should contact their director or VP so alternative arrangements can be made.

OCTOBER 30, 2012, 12:45PM: This is NOT a test. Due to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, NYODN's office will remain closed on Wednesday, October 31st. We anticipate opening on Thursday, November 1st. A final decision will be made tomorrow at 12 noon. Clinical operations will continue to be managed offsite.

OCTOBER 28, 2012, 12:25PM: This is NOT a test. Due to Hurricane Sandy, NYODN's office will close at 3pm today, October 28th. Clinical operations will be managed offsite. At this point, the offices will reopen on Wednesday, October 30th at 8AM.
